Can I provide a brief for FireBubble to work from?
Yes, you may provide a brief or alternatively FireBubble will send you a questionnaire by email to obtain the information needed for the project.
Can I talk to my designer over the phone?
yes, you can contact your designer at the FireBubble studio (based in the UK) by telephone or email at any time during the project or after it has been completed.
How long does it take?
Your initial logo concepts will be sent to you within 4 business days. Any requests for alterations / changes to the logos will usually be provided within 24 hours. Once you have approved your logo your website visual will then be provided within 3 business days for you to approve or request alterations before FireBubble begin constructing your website.
I want a website but have no technical know how, can FireBubble help?
Yes, everything will be taken care of from domain registration, to hosting account creation so as to get your new website up and running on the world wide web.
I have a domain name can FireBubble use this?
Yes, if you have already registered a domain name this can be used.
I want to use my own website hosting service, is this ok?
Yes, FireBubble can construct your new website on your hosting account if preferred as long as the hosting account has enough included features to suit the requirements of the site.
